Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the JarvisDaily platform operated by Tranquil Veda Pvt Ltd (GSTIN: 27AAHCT6956C1Z3).
1. Subscription Refunds
- Within 7 days: If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the billing cycle.
- After 7 days: No refund will be issued for the current billing cycle. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, after which it will not renew.
- Downgrades: If you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in the current cycle.
2. Setup Fee
- Before work begins: The one-time setup fee (₹20,000 + GST) is fully refundable if you cancel before the onboarding process has started.
- After work begins: Once onboarding, AI training, or initial configuration has commenced, the setup fee is non-refundable.
3. Token Refunds
- Consumed tokens: Tokens that have been used for AI messages, campaigns, or other Service operations are non-refundable.
- Unused balance at cancellation: If you cancel your subscription and have unused tokens remaining, the value of unused tokens will be credited back as store credit or refunded at our discretion, based on the per-token rate of your plan.
- Service errors: If tokens were consumed due to a Service malfunction (e.g., failed message delivery counted as consumed), we will credit the affected tokens back to your wallet upon verification.
4. Meta (WhatsApp) Fees
WhatsApp conversation charges levied by Meta are passed through to you as part of the token pricing. These Meta fees are non-refundable as they are charged directly by Meta and cannot be reversed by us.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email billing@jarvisdaily.com with the subject “Refund Request”.
- Include your registered business name, account email, and the reason for the refund.
- Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 15 business days.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 5–7 business days.
6. GST Credit Note
For all approved refunds, a GST credit note will be issued reflecting the GST component of the refunded amount. This credit note can be used for GST input tax credit as per applicable regulations.
7. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service or WhatsApp policies.
- Non-payment of outstanding invoices.
- Dissatisfaction with AI response quality (we recommend testing during the trial period).
