What we collect, why, and how you stay in control

This policy explains what personal data we collect on this website and in our services, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It is published under India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and written to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Who is responsible

This website and the JarvisDaily services are operated by Tranquil Veda Private Limited, Pune, Maharashtra, India. For anything related to your data, write to hello@jarvisdaily.com.

What we collect on this website
  • Your name and contact details when you book a free audit call, collected through our booking tool.
  • Your email address, if you choose to receive updates from us.
  • Messages you send us on WhatsApp or email, including your phone number.
  • Basic technical information needed to serve the site, such as the pages requested. We do not run advertising trackers.
What we handle when we run services for you

When we run AI agents for your business, those agents work with your business data, such as customer messages and records in your tools. That data belongs to you. We use it only to deliver the service you signed up for, and our client agreements say exactly that.

How we use your data
  • To reply to you and hold the audit call you booked.
  • To set up and run the services described in your agreement.
  • To keep the service reliable and fix problems.
  • To meet legal duties, such as tax and accounting rules.
AI processing and third parties

Our service uses established third-party providers, such as AI model providers, messaging platforms, and hosting. They process data under their own terms and keep records under their own policies. We choose reputable providers and share only what is needed to run the service. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies today. Our booking tool, Cal.com, may set its own cookies when you use it, under its own policy. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first.

How long we keep data

Enquiry and booking details are kept while we work together, or for up to 24 months after our last contact if we do not end up working together. Client business data is handled as set out in the client agreement and returned or deleted when the engagement ends.

Security

Data is stored with established cloud providers using standard protections such as encryption in transit and restricted access. No system is completely secure, but we follow reasonable security practices as required by Indian law.

Your rights and choices

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent at any time, and unsubscribing is as easy as subscribing. Write to hello@jarvisdaily.com and we will act within one month.

Grievance contact

Grievance Officer: Shruti Pethkar, Tranquil Veda Private Limited, Pune, Maharashtra. Email: shruti@jarvisdaily.com. Phone: +91 9673758777. We acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may raise the matter with the Data Protection Board of India once its complaint process is open.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For meaningful changes, we will tell active clients directly.
