The ground rules for working with JarvisDaily
These terms cover how JarvisDaily provides its services. Every client engagement also has its own signed agreement, which spells out the exact scope, fees, and timelines. If anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Who we are
JarvisDaily is a brand of Tranquil Veda Private Limited, a company registered in India with its office in Pune, Maharashtra. When these terms say we, us, or JarvisDaily, they mean Tranquil Veda Private Limited.
What we do
We set up and run AI agents for businesses. These agents handle work like answering customer messages, following up on enquiries, marketing tasks, research, and back-office jobs. They run on the tools your business already uses. The exact services for each client are defined in a signed agreement or statement of work.
Engagements and payment
Every engagement starts with a signed agreement that lists the scope, deliverables, fees, and payment schedule. Invoices are payable as per that schedule. Applicable GST is added to all fees.
Your data stays yours
You own all your business data, customer conversations, and transaction records. You can access and export them at any time. We do not use your data for anything other than running your services.
Our platform stays ours
We own the software, source code, system prompts, AI instructions, templates, and workflows that power the service. You are licensing the use of the platform, not buying it.
Third-party tools
The service uses established third-party tools and AI providers, for example messaging, hosting, and AI model providers. These operate under their own terms and pricing. Their costs are passed to you at actual cost, with no markup, and accounts are held in your name wherever possible.
Fair use
You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, for spam, or to harm others. We may pause the service if it is being misused, and we will tell you why.
No guaranteed outcomes
We work to a high standard and check our agents' work daily, but we cannot promise specific business results such as revenue, leads, or savings.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Ending an engagement
Notice periods and exit terms are set out in your signed agreement. On exit, you keep your data and we help you export it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
