1. Information We Collect

Account Information

  • Full name, phone number (with country code), and email address
  • Business name, industry, and website URL
  • Google account information (if you sign in via Google OAuth)

WhatsApp Data

  • WhatsApp messages sent to and received from your business number
  • Media files shared in conversations (images, documents, audio, video)
  • WhatsApp Business profile details (about, description, address)
  • Message templates and their approval status

Usage Data

  • Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
  • Feature usage patterns and analytics
  • Token consumption and billing activity

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide the Service: Process and deliver WhatsApp messages, operate the AI agent, and manage your business inbox.
  • AI Processing: Analyse incoming messages using our AI engine to generate automated responses based on your business knowledge base.
  • Analytics: Generate conversation metrics, response time analysis, and AI performance reports for your dashboard.
  • Billing: Process token purchases, track usage, generate invoices with GST, and manage subscriptions.
  • Support: Respond to your queries and provide technical assistance.
  • Improvements: Analyse aggregate usage patterns to improve the Service (never using your actual message content for training).

3. WhatsApp Data Handling

We process WhatsApp messages via the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Message content is:

  • Stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases with Row-Level Security ensuring strict tenant isolation
  • Processed by our AI agent to generate contextual responses based on your configured business persona and knowledge base
  • Never sold, shared for advertising, or used to train AI models
  • Accessible only to authorised members of your team based on their assigned role

We comply with Meta’s Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Policy, and WhatsApp Commerce Policy.

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only with the following third-party services, strictly as necessary to operate the Service:

  • Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API): Message sending and receiving, template management, and phone number verification.
  • Razorpay: Payment processing for token purchases and subscriptions. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Firebase (Google): Phone OTP authentication. Only your phone number is shared for verification.
  • Anthropic (Claude AI): AI response generation. Only anonymised conversation context is sent; no personal identifiers are included.
  • OpenAI: Text embeddings for the knowledge base search. Only anonymised document chunks are processed.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: Data is retained as long as your account is active and you are subscribed to the Service.
  • Account deletion: Upon receiving a deletion request, all personal data, conversations, contacts, and AI training data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • Billing records: Invoices and transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law (Income Tax Act, 1961 and GST Act, 2017).
  • Backups: Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days after deletion, after which it is purged automatically.

  • All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3
  • Data at rest is encrypted in our PostgreSQL databases
  • Row-Level Security (RLS) enforces strict tenant isolation at the database level
  • JWT-based authentication with short-lived access tokens (15 minutes) and secure refresh token rotation
  • Regular security audits and dependency vulnerability scanning
  • Infrastructure hosted on secure, SOC 2-compliant data centres

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data (see Data Deletion).
  • Portability: Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format (CSV).
  • Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
  • Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis.

8. Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, email privacy@jarvisdaily.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email upon completion.

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
