Do unused tokens expire?
No. Unused tokens carry forward to the next month. Use them at your own pace.
What about WhatsApp messaging fees from Meta?
Messages within the 24-hour customer service window are free. Marketing and utility messages are charged per-message by Meta at standard rates, passed through at cost with no markup from our side.
What happens if I run out of tokens mid-month?
You can purchase additional tokens at your plan rate. Your AI agent continues working without interruption.
