Data Deletion Instructions

At JarvisDaily (operated by Tranquil Veda Pvt Ltd), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a data deletion request and what happens when we process it.

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Send an email to privacy@jarvisdaily.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. In the email body, include:
    • Your registered business name
    • The email address or phone number associated with your account
    • Whether you want a full account deletion or partial data deletion (specify which data)
  3. You will receive an acknowledgement email within 2 business days confirming receipt of your request.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a full account deletion request, we permanently remove:

  • Account information: Name, email, phone number, business profile
  • WhatsApp conversations: All message history between your business and your customers
  • Contacts: Your entire contact database including custom fields and tags
  • AI training data: Business persona, knowledge base documents, FAQ entries, and embeddings
  • Campaign data: Broadcast history, audience segments, and analytics
  • Lead pipeline: Lead records, scores, notes, and timeline events
  • Team data: Team member accounts and role assignments (under your tenant)
  • Settings: All configuration including WhatsApp connection, notifications, and API keys

Processing Timeline

  • Acknowledgement: Within 2 business days of receiving your request.
  • Data deletion: Completed within 30 days of the acknowledgement.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once all data has been deleted.
  • Backup purge: Data in encrypted backups is automatically purged within 90 days.

Retention Exceptions

The following data is retained even after a deletion request, as required by law:

  • Billing records: Invoices, transaction history, and GST records are retained for 7 years as mandated by the Income Tax Act, 1961 and GST Act, 2017.
  • Audit logs: Security-related logs (sign-in attempts, permission changes) may be retained for up to 1 year for fraud prevention.

Before You Delete

We recommend the following before submitting a deletion request:

  • Export your data: Download your contacts, conversations, and AI training data from the Settings page in CSV or JSON format.
  • Cancel your subscription: Ensure your subscription is cancelled to avoid further charges. Go to Billing > Settings > Cancel Subscription.
  • Inform your team: All team members under your tenant will lose access when the account is deleted.
