What we collect, and why
We collect only what you give us, only for the purpose you gave it: your name and phone number to place the audit or demo call you requested; your email to send the sample report you asked for; and what you tell Vaidehi on a call, to write your report. We do not buy data, scrape profiles, or collect anything in the background.
Consent
Every email capture on this site uses an un-ticked consent box, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires. The demo call places exactly one automated call to the number you entered, and nothing more. You can withdraw consent anytime by writing to hello@jarvisdaily.com.
Your data stays yours
Everything you share in an audit, including call recordings, transcripts, and the numbers you mention, is used only to prepare your report and is never sold, rented, or used to train anything. You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time and we will comply within 30 days.
Third parties we rely on
The service runs on industry-standard providers for telephony, payments, scheduling, and email delivery. Each operates under its own terms and retains records per its own policy. We share with them only what is needed to deliver the service you requested.
